Lead Tender Pilot
CurrentWorked as a lead tender pilot for a private fleet. Supporting couple of yachts over 100+m. Driving various tenders from 7m to 16m. Leading up to 5 deckhands and tender pilots, assisting them in keeping the boss and guest tenders in immaculate conditions, teak repairs, driving boss and guests, watersports activities, provision and garbage runs, assisting in refueling seaplanes.
Bosun
Welcome guests and owner onboard. Driving 37ft Axopar outboard 2x300hp tender and 53ft Azimuth. Responsible for moving the 53ft from port to port, passage plans, driving owner and guests, monthly and weekly safety checks, chart corrections, navigational watches, maintain the whole diving gear, diving with owner, detailing tenders and yacht, tender runs, passerelle watches, swim platform watches.
Bosun
Welcome guests on board. Prepare the boat for the upcoming charter season. Washdowns, Step 1 2 the teak, apply Semco, Sanding and Varnishing, Polishing the stainless and superstructure, guests tender runs. Busy charter season, managing 2 deckhands, maintaining the whole exterior of the yacht, products inventory, prepare the yacht for Cannes and Monaco yacht shows, mooring and anchor procedures.
