Assist with event planning and execution, including private dinners, parties, or special celebrations on board. Set up for events, ensure proper service, and manage guest needs during events. Assistant Bartender
Assist the lead bartender in preparing basic cocktails, pouring drinks, and assembling garnishes. Ensure that all glassware is properly cleaned, polished, and ready for service. Prepare and serve non-alcoholic beverages like juices, mocktails, sodas, coffee, and tea when requested. Help set up the bar at the start of a shift, including organizing spirits, mixers, glassware, ice, and garnishes.
