Lead Housekeeper & Lead Service
CurrentResponsible for cabin arrangements, including full oversight of turn-ups and turn-downs. Assist with laundry operations, inventory management, and restocking of laundry chemicals. Assist the Chief Steward with provisioning for guests and crew; proficient in using IDEA YACHT software. Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for housekeeping. Oversee guest area maintenance, housekeeping duties, Service duties and flower arrangements. Manage crew uniform distribution and inventory. Ensure cleanliness of the crew mess, service pantry and oversee stock control and inventory. Handle packing and unpacking of the owner's wardrobe and guest suitcases. Responsible in setting up the table and communication with the Head Chef regarding the breakfast, lunch or dinner service.
Steward/Relief Night Attendant Supervisor
Ensure that residences are cleaned according to each resident's individual preferences. Meticulously adhere to standard operating procedures for cleaning, sanitization, and setup in residences. Acknowledge residents' preferences and communicate any changes to the team. Complete daily and turn-down services as per the schedule set by housekeeping management. Assist housekeeping management in the orientation and training of new Stewards and Housekeeping Attendants. Assist the Housekeeping Management team with the supervision of Night Housekeeping Attendants.
Officer Steward
Responsible in the cleanliness of assigned Officer & Staff cabins. Operate in line with all USPH and Safety guideline. Handle and distribute Guest luggage on embarkation days & on the evening before their disembarkation day.
