About
I am a 27-Year-old, Namibian Born Industrial Engineer, currently employed as a deckhand on the Sailing Yacht S/Y Flying Magic. Following my initial Tertiary education and subsequent work as an Engineer onshore, I have together with my partner decided to make the move from working onshore to offshore, specifically in the Super Yacht industry where I believed my technical Background and love for physically active and engaging work will be more directly utilized. I am by nature a hard-working individual, and I am always open to work and responsibilities far outside of my usual scope of work. I take any work assigned to me seriously and will always strive to complete a task to the best of my ability, without complaint. Generally, I would consider myself an easy-going individual, if at times a little too serious, who generally works well with others. I function well under pressure and tend to navigate any conflicts well.
