Becoming Chief Engineer on a yacht this size has been my goal since earning my III/2 license. MY Plan B, a busy private sister ship to Odessa 2, runs a tight team under strict ISM rules. Over two years, we upgraded major systems, cleared the snag list, and greatly improved the 10-year-old yacht's condition.

On a 2:2 rotation for 7 years, I managed surveys, full repower with 3 Northern Lights gensets, 4K AV/IT upgrade, and galley redesign.
