With 4 years in yachting and 7+ years in worldwide hospitality, including cruise ships, ski chalets, and prestigious events like Royal Ascot Horse races and Grand Prix. I am eager for new challenging position with more responsibilities as a 2nd Stew / Relief Chief Stew emphasizing for a busy charter program and preferably with permanent contract to gain longevity but I am also open for seasonal position on M/Y or S/Y. Confident in all areas of the interior, comfortable in various service styles—fine dining, Silver service, cocktails and wine knowledge — I infuse creativity into every guest trip. Whether incorporating fresh fruit & veg, flowers and boat items in table decor, creating work list / dinnig menu & cocktails / itinerary, or organizing outside activities / theme nights and enjoyable kids' movie nights. I generally bring a wealth of ideas into any charter trips and crew activities. I like to implement checklists to streamline work, inventory and queen of re-oraganization - especially on a boat with very limited spaces. Known for being creative, kind, and smiley, I foster a positive crew dynamic by connecting with others and offering a helping hand everywhere is needed.
