About
Growing up on the water, sailing has come naturally to me. I then decided to complete my Cadetship at UKSA to enable me the best chance to pursue a career at sea. With this choice I recently completed various qualifications including Yatchmaster Offshore and I am currently seeking my first Deckhand role onboard a SY. I bring a dynamic blend of teamwork and natural ability, honed in from a lifetime onboard sailing vessels, cruising with family, friends and clubs. I have qualified as a Lifeguard and I also enjoy photography, and hope to continue this whilst working at sea, capturing my own adventures whilst travelling. To support this I completed my photography A Level last year. My short-term ambition is to gain enough onboard experience this season to return to progress towards my goal of becoming a deck officer and progress to other career roles at sea.

Photography: I enjoy looking at the world through a lens when inspired. Fencing: Bath Sword Club Member, Bristol Blades Visitor, British Fencing member achieving 7th in the UK U18s, with other Camps & Competitions including International Camps (Summer 2024 Denmark). Able to train, fence and referee. Gym: Regular user of local gym for sporting, fitness, and stamin.

Work Experience
I did some work experience during my A Levels, which included various style & wedding shoots, editing photos, and social media, along with ad-hoc administrative tasks. I am hoping to use this skill set onboard to help with capturing experiences and or social media promotion.
Work Experience
I did a week of work experience at Princess Yachts in Plymouth, working with their design team. This included CAD design, rotation with technical teams and sea trials on a new boat (including a personal test drive on a V Class V40).
