Owners Representative/Captain/Engineer
CurrentI ran the vessel through regular charters & owner trips around the Leeward Islands. Planning and delivering itineraries. I managed the vessel operationally and technically to a budget. Since bringing the yacht back to the US, I have been managing a shipyard period, with US east coast owner's trips and regattas planned.
Temp Senior Electro-Technical Officer (ETO)
During a busy shipyard period, I was responsible for troubleshooting and rectifying a backlog of faults accumulated over several years. I was responsible for managing a team of 5 electricians to deliver a lighting refit, and electrical integration works throughout an interior refit.
Electro-Technical Officer (ETO)
I joined Norn 13 months before delivery. During the build phase, I was part of the owner's representative team. The team was small, allowing me to be involved in all aspects of the process. I worked as the ETO for its first year of operations. I played a key role in setting up parts of the vessels planned maintenance system. During the build I was responsible for drawing approvals, commissioning and acceptance of systems, system integrations, and preparation for operations.
