Event Supervisor
CurrentSupervising luxury weddings and events across two 5-star venues, manage staff teams and synchronised white glove service flow during events for up to 200+ guests. I oversaw and assisted in the preparation of the entire venue in as little as 3 hours (incl. wedding ceremony/drink reception/decor/fine dining table setup 200+/staff preparation). I liaised with suppliers and contractors to maintain event schedules and quality. I resolved client concerns promptly and professionally, whilst providing discretion for our high net worth guests.
