Solely responsible for the safe operation of a Pardo 38 Chase Boat with a busy charter itinerary. Duties include passage planning, engine maintenance, fuel calculations, and daily operation while working independently. Maintaining yacht exterior and interior to an exceptional standard. Excursions to popular hotspots and entertaining charter guests. Night navigation in and out of busy ports. Managing monthly accounts and berth reservations. Coordination of winter shipyard work and projects.

Duties include weekly and monthly ISM checks ensuring safety to all guests and crew. Leading monthly safety drills with all crew. Solely responsible for maintaining the deck to a high standard and managing a shore based team between charters. Running introductions and demonstrations for guests to use Jetski's, Seabobs and our Flite Board safely and competently. Head of communications to assist the Captain come into each port safely, calling distances and getting lines ashore. Responsible for watch keeping schedule and ensuring watch keeper is completing all necessary tasks.

Flotilla skipper leading a two week sailing holiday of 12 Beneteau yachts (32-52ft) around the Ionian Islands living on board S/Y Elpida Maxi 95. Duties include route planning, conducting safety briefings, daily briefings to guests, and mooring fleet daily.
