Spearheaded efficient, guest-centered operations as second-in-command on modern cruise ships with capacities of 2,000 to 3,800 guests, consistently delivering high standards of service and operational precision. Directed the overall safety protocols of vessels, overseeing medical, security, navigation, and both exterior and interior maintenance to ensure seamless, safe journeys. Ensured full regulatory compliance with USCG, USPH, and international maritime standards, maintaining adherence to the highest levels of operational integrity. Successfully managed the 2023 operational budget for M.S. Rotterdam, optimizing resources to achieve strategic financial goals and operational efficiency.
