Responsible for IT systems management and support aboard the vessel. Vessel previously managed by CMI Inc. is now managed by BSM Ship Management. All duties and responsibilities continued as under CMI management.

Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups. * Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required. * Maintain data center environmental and monitoring equipment. * Maintain appropriate hardware inventory levels, ensure that all IT equipment is in good working condition, including PCs, printers, POS systems, servers, and related hardware. * Provide basic user training and support for all office softwares and Resco Property Management System (PMS) and POS system software. * Setup check-in equipment and support at port terminal. * Monitor and support the satellite communication systems VSAT, Starlink to ensure that the system is operating to optimum performance.

Monitor and maintain data center equipment and perform hardware upgrades, as required. * Ensure backup system operations are completed successfully on a daily basis. * Provide basic user training and support for all PC softwares and Fidelio Cruise PMS and Micros POS system software. Manage and support MXP and AMOS system users. * Maintain Digital Signages and Content Server support. * Maintain Customer feedback Kiosks. * Setup and support Android devices at port terminal during check-in. * Support for onboard Wi-Fi, Internet Services and IPTV system contents.
