My duties included food and beverage service, breakfast setup and preparation, and assisting the chef in the galley with plating, organization, and cleanliness. I performed detailed housekeeping in both guest and crew cabins, including turn-ups, turn-downs, linen changes, and cabin detailing, ensuring a five-star presentation at all times. I managed guest and crew laundry, handled wardrobe organization, and maintained the crew mess to a professional standard.
