Collaborated closely with the engineering team. Streamlined processes by organising scrambled/missing drawings and creating detailed SOPs for PM tasks. Coordinated winter preparation efforts by working with contractors to define project scopes, negotiating crew project priorities with the Chief Engineer and assisting the Captain with hardware upgrades on the bridge. Identified and mitigated critical cybersecurity vulnerabilities, including the discovery of unsecured remote access from external companies due to forgotten firewall connections, posing significant security risks. Implemented more stringent access oversight and established best practices for password management. Improved guest connectivity experience by installing a QR-code system that allowed seamless Wi-Fi registration. Precise inventory management and conducting competitive cost analysis to procuring parts for repairs. Provided training and support to crew members, ensuring they could effectively assist guests with AV/IT systems.

Committed to proactively resolving any technical challenges and ensuring a seamless working environment. Acquired a deep understanding of the owners' daily schedules, expectations, and AVIT requirements, encompassing daily remote personal trainer and business video conferencing. Preparing for the upcoming shipyard period I have coordinated communication with contractors on the approved list for major projects, managing deposit approvals, scheduling tentative shipyard arrival dates, and collaborating with the Project Manager to meet additional needs like gate access, safety measures, scaffolding, and the recruitment of specialized in-yard personnel for cooperative tasks with external contractors. Participated in weekly team meetings with contractors, Project Manager, and Chief Engineer to ensure clear understanding of complex tasks, pre-emptively addressing concerns for efficient project execution.

Manage and maintain a variety of yacht systems; IT systems - Windows Servers, Office365, Synology NAS, MacOS, Virtual machines, IDEA, Pinpoint, Printers. Network systems - SeaTel VSAT / TVROs, Kerio controller, 4G/5G Pepwave, Fortinet WIFI, switches. AV systems - Crestron, HDMI Matrix, Denon AVR, Kaleidescape, Apple TV players, Plex / Infuse media, Lutron. Bridge - ECDIS, Hytera Radio programming, tender maintenance, Axis CCTV, elevators. Engine room - Alewijnse alarm and monitoring system, Heinen & Hopman HVAC, Consilium fire detection panel. Support daily IT issues with computers, printers, connectivity and crew/guest cabin AV systems. Owner's request, delivered new portable stewardess call buttons system that operates on WIFI and radio comms. Assisted with tenders and toys issues such as installing wireless EMK flyboard control to Jet skis for flyboard. Provided operational training of Crestron to all crew as the owner believed everyone should be able to assist guests. Negotiated with specialists Bond IT and VBH on desired Crestron upgrade to be installed over the winter shipyard. Extensive update of ship's inventory system during its first shipyard and reorganise electrical workshop and spares.
