I have a passion for all departments of the interior, I love to teach and excel under pressure. Leading a team on both boss trips and charter is what energises me day to day. I run an incredibly organised and efficient, yet fun and cohesive team. I am fulfilled at work if my team is learning new skills, can rotate through all departments seamlessly and is happy and drama free.

Experience
2nd Stewardess
Working directly under an experienced chief stewardess allowed me to fine tune skills gained during my time as sole stewardess with the added appreciation for the task load placed on the HOD. Being an expedition dive vessel, long periods in remote islands and at anchor gave many opportunities for problem solving with regards to provisioning and party / excursion planning.
Sole Stewardess
Running the interior department has allowed my organisational, communication and job efficiency skills to advance a great deal. Working alongside a professional 4 per. crew has offered many opportunities for departmental crossover training; expanding my skillset to deck, helm and galley. During the off-season I have took the lead on interior refit, liaising between owners and contractors.
Stew/Deck
Delivered yachts to gain a working knowledge of pleasure yachts. Whilst underway, we experienced multiple engine, electrical and equipment failures which helped me gain an extensive amount of experience in problem solving, liaising with authorities / marinas and navigation.
