Head Chef
I was hired as Head Chef, catering for live-aboard owners and frequent guests coming throughout the Med season in the South of France. I coordinated all the galley operations and managed a team of two, including the Sous Chef.
Sole chef
I catered for 8 crew and up to 10 guests. I successfully did this throughout a whole busy charter season, exceeding guests' expectations, and always taking into account their preferences and dietary needs. The crew was also delighted with the meals I prepped.
