CurrentPrivately owned single season yacht, where I got an opportunity to nail my skills in training Junior interior crew and build successful interior team to ensure smooth summer season.

New-built very busy private yacht with a very long Mediterranean season, operating with 7 crew, 2 of which are interior. The Owner preferred to always stay at anchor, so we have learnt well to stock and plan everything accordingly as well as react fast on any unpredictable changes and work under pressure.

Private yacht just after a big refit, running with 11 crew, 4 of which are interior. My duties included hiring new interior team and training them, which gave me a chance to prove a credit given by Captain by proving I could build and manage a team of 4 and develop their skills on a daily basis.
