Service Stewardess
Silver service, buffet service, welcoming guests, room service, guests preferences, customer oriented. Inventory for crew and guests - provisions Luggage store, drink store, uniform store, dry store organizing. Housekeeping: maintaining and detailing interior areas, Captain’s cabin, CE’s cabin, crew mess, crew lounge (crew and guests). Shipyard period (7 months) - Training new crew.
2nd Stewardess
Managing the inventory on behalf of the Chef and Chief Stewardess; helping in the galley; preparing cocktails. Captain’s cabin, crew mess, common areas, guests areas cleaning. On deck I would assist Bosun and the Deckhands in mooring operations; helped maintain the exterior of the yacht clean. Guests on: I would provide service and fulfill guests’ needs, maintained their cabins clean, took care of their laundry and belongings. My abilities and flexibility in many departments allowed me to become efficient in dining service.
