I am a confident, passionate and happy girl who is very passionate about wine and where I can find the best ribs and pizza in town. My passion for the ocean began when I was 4 living in Brunei with my military parents. To reignite this passion, being on a cruise ship when I was 17 had me learning about yachting and I never looked back. At 19 I went to Antibes to follow my dream and I haven't looked back since. Now I could not think of anything more exciting than getting an old stain out of laundry, getting a ruler out to measure cutlery on the table, to iron the corners of a bed 10 times until they are perfect or to make that welcome drink that makes the guests want to order 20 more!

Career Objective
My Career goals are to be a Chief Stewardess, who will teach, mould and support my team. Along with this I am passionate about gaining so much more knowledge of wine and to achieve my level 4 certification. I truly believe that any knowledge gained will always benefit someone and I am really looking forward to completing a cigar service course and more advanced wine knowledge to further my knowledge. My Plans are to continue yachting until I am around 28 and to end up in South Africa with my partner: Plan A: To build a bar with craft cocktails and appetisers. Build a luxury game lodge in Kruger national park (Yacht in the bush). Plan B: Become an educator and share my knowledge

I am aware it sounds really bad to say but wine is one of my biggest hobbies, I absolutely love to learn about it! I love playing Padel and tennis (i'm not great but i enjoy it!). There is nothing better than a beautiful hike to a view point or the beach. I am very big on wholesome things as well, little crafty nights with the girls are sometimes just perfect!

Chief Stewardess
Served as Chief Stewardess on a busy private programme with two owners, managing trips from five days to one month, including extended periods of up to two months at anchor. Consistently delivered high-end experiences for owners and guests while maintaining exceptional interior standards. Independently provisioned for guests and crew throughout the Mediterranean, liaising with trusted provisioners and agents. Created a comprehensive Stewardess Bible with detailed SOPs covering interior operations, service standards and checklists. Managed, trained and developed the Second Stewardess/Masseuse, led all meal services, coordinated closely with the Chef, and adapted to short-notice requests and changing schedules. Designed menus, advised on wine selections, created signature cocktails, coordinated guest reservations and shore-side experiences, attended the Cannes Yacht Show at anchor, oversaw full winterisation and inventory management, assisted with docking as required, implemented a new crew uniform package, and maintained clear, professional communication to ensure guest needs were met to the highest standard.

Accountable for delivering exceptional experiences and high-level of service to both guests and charter clients, with charters ranging from 3 to10 days. Assisted the chief stewardess with service of breakfast, lunch, dinner andcanapés. Entrusted with Creating Wine lists with food pairing recommendations for charter clients Entrusted to create tablescapes, themed events and parties for guests. Created detailed SOPs for the crew mess and laundry. Assisted with inventorying the vessel. Entrusted with all details of crew including provisioning, uniform and crew mess. Relied on to assist with turn ups, turn downs and detailing of the cabins and interior.Assisted the Captain, broker and crew within FLIBS by giving tours to give potential charter clients and Numarine sales a taste of life on boardAmore. Assisted the Chief Stewardess with service during breakfast, lunch, canapés and dinners.Responsible for ensuring the detailing, turn-ups and turndowns and over all maintenance of all guest cabins and bathrooms.In charge of laundering crew uniforms, guest linens, towels and for handling all guest laundry with care.In the Chief Stewardess’s absence, undertook provisioning duties for both guests and crew.During several months in the yard, deputised for the Chief Stewardess, managing large projects ,such as overseeing the transformation of the guest bathrooms, and preparing the interior for sales viewings.
