I love to cook and bring people together through all the stories that food can tell. I have called Denali Alaska my primary home for the past 28 years, living a homestead life with experiences in gardening, ranching, foraging, and fishing.

My hobbies and interest are seemingly limitless. I love the outdoors and am very active. I love natural beauty and the police that offers. I love to travel and learn about new cultures and meet new people. I am very outgoing and friendly. I love the adventure that life offers.

Executive Chef
CurrentResponsible for full menu execution, preference sheet review, menu planning, and remote provisioning.

Oversaw all culinary operations for the Museum, including a full service restaurant, a less formal cafe, and all catering for up to 1000 people on a daily basis.
Owner and Executive Chef
CurrentBuilt my own restaurant on land I cleared starting in 2004. We are a scratch kitchen with a strong focus on Alaskan Cuisine. We write and produce a daily menu reflecting the freshest utilization of all the harvests. We have been nominated for many awards with the James Beard Foundation, have done quite a bit of food television with Bravo and Food Network, and have been featured in many national publications.
