Experienced, well-travelled and versatile chef from Perth, Australia - with 20 years in the private sector, restaurants, catering and various areas of the hospitality and tourism industries. 10 of these years have been spent creating and executing the culinary programs for luxury holiday companies and UHNW individuals, groups and families. 6 months previous experience in yachting and highly motivated to further my career in the industry.
