Lunch & dinner service alongside the Chief Stewardess. Head of table setting: elaborate tablescapes, themed parties, cinema nights, cocktail evenings & beach setups. In depth wine knowledge & cocktail making. Silver service & buffet style service/barbecues. Housekeeping: organising his/her wardrobes, detailing, turn ups/downs, quick turnarounds. Managed provisions & inventories for crew and guests.
Stewardess
Interior team of 10. Accommodating up to 16 guests and 10 staff members. High tea & Dinner service alongside HOS and service stewardesses. Dinner service: silver service for over 20 guests, table setting and decorating. Crockery and silver cutlery organisation & cleaning. Housekeeping Extensive detailing, turn ups & turn downs, full turnarounds, organising wardrobes. Maintaining & following extremely high standards & attention to detail. Creating flower arrangements to be displayed throughout the boat. Running errands for owners: liaising with contractors, brands because we were docked in France and I speak fluent French. Drives to Cannes/Monaco.
