For the past decade, I’ve held a managerial role with the prestigious catering company Seasoned Kitchen, based on the Isle of Wight in England, coordinating high-end events for over 200 guests, or also small intimate dinner parties. This experience has sharpened my attention to detail, ability to remain calm under pressure, and anticipation of guest needs—all of which I believe translate perfectly to the yachting environment. I have experience in staff management and delegation, table set-up & decor, kitchen assistance, dessert tables, and so much more. I also have several years of experience in housekeeping and laundry from my time at The West Bay Club & Spa. I'm confident in handling tasks such as using an iron roller, identifying fabric types, and managing different wash methods appropriately. While I bring a solid foundation of skills, I’m always open to learning and adapting to different unique preferences and standards. Alongside my experience in catering & housekeeping, I hold experience in administration, which I believe could also be very useful when developing into a more senior stewardess role. I have also worked many bar roles, so I am experienced in barista and cocktail knowledge.
