Starship is an active charter vessel where I joined as 3rd Stewardess in a team of 4 and progressed to 2nd Stewardess after 10 months. Completed 10 successful charters onboard. My duties included: Assisting the Chief Stew with daily interior operations. Confidently rotating through service, housekeeping, and laundry. Solo lunch service including buffet setup, wine and cocktail service. Managing evening service and closing duties until the last guest retired. Providing cocktails, wine, welcome drinks, and guest service throughout the day. Guest cabin turn-ups/downs and salon checks with attention to detail. Synchronised formal dinner service, and helping clean up after meals. Providing service on tender excursions. Beach setups, service, and take-downs. Creating beautiful table settings, themed events and menu designs. Managing uniform inventories and orders. Training and guiding Junior Stewardesses.
Temp Stewardess
I joined MY Platinum in a team of 4, assisting with final shipyard preparations ahead of the program’s official launch. Receiving, unboxing, quality checking, and repacking deliveries. Logging all deliveries into a tracker, including invoices, packing lists, photos, and delivery reports. Cross referencing invoices and packing lists to ensure accuracy. Completing weekly walk around reports with photos documenting vessel progress. Completing weekly cleanliness and hazard reports to protect interior finishes and equipment.
3rd Stewardess
Babas is a busy dual-season, private/ charter vessel with short turnarounds between trips. I joined as a 4th Stew in a team of 4 and was promoted to 3rd Stew after 4 months. Completed 5 successful charters onboard. My duties included: Early morning solo shifts including guest area turn-ups, table preparation, and owner galley setup for breakfast service. Assisting with breakfast, lunch, and dinner service alongside the 2nd and Chief Stewardess. Guest cabin turn-ups, turn-downs, and checks throughout the day. Laundry, crew mess, and housekeeping duties. Assisting with beverage services. Solo service on tender rides on boss trips. Inventories on uniforms, guest toiletries, crew toiletries, cleaning products and, crew snacks.
