I am a highly motivated and hard-working individual with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering looking for work as an engineer aboard a motor or sailing yacht. I have good teamwork skills from my previous working experience and have learnt to work well under pressure. My goals are to progress in the engineering department by gaining experience from the chief engineer, then going to do my EOOW and the working my way through SV Program, I am also currently registered for the alternative SV Engineering route, with my training record book.

Sole Engineer
CurrentResponsible for maintenance and operation of machinery on board. Detailed recording of planned and unplanned maintenance. Day to day operation of vessel systems on boss trips and holding engine room watch underway and at anchor. Daily, Weekly and Monthly maintenance checklist, troubleshooting etc. Additionally, maintenance and troubleshooting of onboard tender with Yamaha Outboard.
Deckhand
Served as Deckhand aboard, did 3 charter seasons, and one 8 month shipyard period, during charter, responsibilities included driving tenders (Twin Outboard, Twin Jet, Single Jet, Single Shaft), creating charter videos(Video Editing), washdowns, water sports etc. During yard period responsibilities included general deck maintenance such as painting, varnishing, woodwork, and occasionally assisting engineers with tender or engine room maintenance.
