Lead engineering team of up to 5 during luxury charters, high end events and ocean crossings. Managed full refit and multiple dry dock periods on schedule. Upgraded PMS and onboard documentation, redesigned the sewage vacuum system. Discreetly resolved critical failures of engines, HVAC, refrigeration, sewage, galley equipment and RO systems. Work closely with captain, deck and interior to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Managed engine room operations and led engineering teams of up to 4 across multiple vessels. Delivered dry docks and major overhauls (2- and 4-stroke engines). Achieved 15% fuel consumption reduction through operational optimisation. Maintained high safety and operational standards during all engineering activities. Solved various complex mechanical and electrical breakdowns. Mentored and trained junior engineering crew.
