Cooked for up to 10 crew daily while yacht was in yard period. Prepped and provisioned for Atlantic crossing. Assisted as bridge lookout.
Temp Stewardess
Stepped in to help the team finish their long charter season so had to quickly learn, adapt to their processes and be as efficient as possible. Predominantly worked in housekeeping, laundry and crew mess.
Stewardess
Joined vessel in the middle of shipyard period in Norway prior to crossing to Greenland for a busy charter season. Main responsibility was laundry which included both guests and crew, stain treatment, ironing, everything perfectly folded and correctly distributed. Improved laundry processes by reorganizing laundry inventory and setup.
