Managed and coordinated a team of five stewardesses, upholding exceptional interior standards during four years onboard Eos. Key responsibilities included mentoring and training new crew, overseeing inventories and provisioning, producing structured work schedules, and delivering high-level service during owner and guest trips. Additionally, played an integral role in establishing the Owner’s private residence in Italy, ensuring a seamless transition from yacht to shore. Implemented yacht-level service standards within the household, training staff and leading operations prior to the appointment of the permanent team.

Rotated across service, housekeeping, laundry, and sail-handling roles during a 16-week charter season onboard the classic racing schooner Elena. Delivered consistently high standards of 7-star guest service, prioritising exceptional guest experience at all times. On deck, assisted with docking procedures, sail hoisting and lowering, and contributed to the safe overnight passage of the vessel.

Worked as a Healthcare Assistant during the COVID pandemic, providing medical and social support to clients with a wide range of needs. Delivered seizure care, fracture stabilisation, and specialised support for patients with Dementia and Alzheimer’s, maintaining a calm, professional manner and receiving excellent feedback for my care.
