Experience
Relief Chief Stewardess
Stepping up to relief chief stew, covering for the chief on leave. The yacht was in shipyard in Ensenada, Mexico Sept - June. Overseeing the daily running of the interior team, provisioning for yacht and villa weekly. Creating job lists. Overseeing work being done/ liaising with CO and Captain. Prioritising jobs to ensure the yacht was well prepared for the upcoming summer season.
Head of Service
Promoted to Head Service role, requiring hands-on management of all mise-en-place and set-up in the service department and the effective planning and management of a 3 crew team. Oversaw the consumables and service equipment inventory control, provisioning checklists and scheduling, including the management of guest preferences.
Service Stewardess
Working closely alongside the Head Service. I joined the yacht the day before picking up the guests mid season so I had to hit the ground running. This was a Jewish/Russian yacht. Extremely busy private yacht catering 2 months straight at a very high standard for 14 guests breakfast lunch and dinner non stop.
