Share the link from your account. You can follow your rewards and their expiry dates in the same employer dashboard you already use.
They publish their first paid job
They join through your link and pay for their first Premium or Pro listing. Your reward is ready as soon as that listing is published, both employer accounts are verified and eligibility checks pass. There is no waiting period.
Use your free Premium listing
Choose “Use free Premium reward” when publishing a new Premium listing or upgrading an active Basic listing. Confirm your choice and publish without a card or checkout.

Which employers can take part?
Employer accounts for yachts, fleets, crew agencies and yacht management companies can all share a link and earn rewards. Both the referring and invited employer must be verified and meet the referral rules.
What earns a reward?
A new employer must join through your invitation link, make their first paid Premium or Pro purchase, and publish that listing. A free Basic listing, a fully discounted purchase or a later purchase does not qualify. Self-referrals and duplicate accounts do not qualify.
Does the invited employer pay more?
No. Their price stays the same, and they can join without purchasing anything. The reward belongs to the employer who shared the link; it is not a discount for the invited employer.
When can I use my reward?
As soon as the qualifying paid listing is published and both employer accounts are verified, subject to eligibility checks. Rewards that need an eligibility review appear as “Being checked” in your dashboard. There is no fixed waiting period.
What does the free Premium listing include?
The normal Premium features: suitability assessment, targeted outreach and 30 days of crew search. Choose a 14, 30, 60 or 90-day listing. Use the reward on a new Premium listing or to upgrade an active Basic listing. It cannot be exchanged for cash, a Pro listing or Pro credit.
How long is the reward valid?
Use it within 12 months of the qualifying paid and published listing: the later of payment and publication. Your dashboard shows the exact expiry date. Refunds, payment disputes or ineligible referrals can invalidate a reward. See the referral terms for the full rules.
