Cooking Lunch and Dinner for 12 Crew whilst docked in Bali, thereafter during 15 days at Sea and 2 weeks in Port Victoria, Seychelles. Responsible for meal planning and provisioning for the boat's delivery to the Seychelles and 2 upcoming charter trips after.
Sole Crew Chef/Sous Chef
Responsible for cooking nutritious lunches and dinners for 20+ crew, including snacks, baked goods, and occasional breakfasts. Responsible for provisioning, stock rotation, and cleaning.
Temporary Sole Chef
Sole Chef for 5 crew and 8 guests. A la carte breakfast, plated- and family style lunches and dinners (all food gluten-free as the owner was celiac, partly vegetarian for crew).
