Very busy private boat, we did many guest trips from early April un.l mid October in the Western Mediterranean and Greece. As a 2nd engineer I was in charge of the planned maintenance and watchkeeping du.es while underway. My ETO du.es included, managing the AV/IT system while guest onboard, internet bandwidth management (Starlink, 5G, VSAT), weekly and monthly checks and backups, troubleshoo.ng when required. During a brief yard period, I worked alongside and supervised the work of our IT land base support company for the replacement of all APs, 5G antenna, backup Starlink antenna and new CCTV cameras.

Joined as a relief 2nd engineer for 3 weeks while the boat was cruising around different islands of Indonesia. Main tasks included planned maintenance and AV/IT management for the guests.

Both vessels were ISM compliant. I was working on rota.on in between the two boats (2months on each boat) with 4 different chief engineers. I was in charge of the planned maintenance of the two vessels working unsupervised with two different management systems (IDEA and Techman Hub), working on the improvement of our maintenance schedule, reorganizing tasks or sefng up new ones. General troubleshoo.ng and following repair or modifica.on with always the aim of improve rather then just fix something. AV/IT du.es, working on the mul.media system onboard each vessel, satellite TVs, VSAT internet, bandwith management and working alongside with our land base support when needed. Watchkeeping du.es while underway and went through two yard periods, one of whom included the 15 years survey, one sell survey with haul out and sea trials with Sirona III and one yard period with Mylin IV
