Crew chef for 16 crew onboard. Assist head chef with guest meals on charter. 6 month shipyard period solely responsible for the galley upkeep and weekly provisioning.
Sole Chef
Sole chef for 14 guests and 6 crew. Bespoke menu development for breakfast, 3 course lunch & 3 course dinner. Family style/plated depending on guest preference. Galley provision management.
Private Chef
Menu Development, Meal Co-ordination, Provide breakfast, tea and three-course dinner for up to 14 guests/week. Weekly Shopping, budgeting and stock take. Guest relations and hosting. Daily operations.
