Housekeeper
On board M/Y IDynasty, I completed three busy summer and winter seasons, cruising through Dubai, Turkey, Greece, and Seychelles. The yacht had an intensive program with guest trips lasting 4-5 months, accommodating up to 25 guests. During these trips, our housekeeping team consisted of six members, including the Head of Housekeeping and Laundry Master. We worked efficiently to maintain guest and crew areas, ensuring everything was completed on time and to the highest standard. My responsibilities included maintaining the organization of guest and crew areas, restocking crew supplies, and assisting in laundry operations. During boss-on and boss-off periods, I supported the Laundry Master, steaming guest garments and rolling linens as needed. I also handled inventory management upon request from the Head of Housekeeping, ensuring all supplies were accounted for and replenished. This role strengthened my efficiency, attention to detail, and teamwork skills, allowing me to excel in a fast-paced, high demand environment.
2nd Stewardess
On board M/Y Serenity MRF, I completed two busy winter and summer seasons, cruising exclusively around Dubai. The yacht had an active program, with weekly trips as the owner frequently used it for business meetings with up to 12 guests. With a small interior team of three, I took on a versatile role, assisting the Chief Stew in both service and housekeeping. My responsibilities included maintaining guest and crew areas, conducting inventory, provisioning, and managing yacht checklists. I was also in charge of monitoring interior defects and overseeing the condition of onboard facilities, ensuring everything remained in top condition. This role allowed me to develop strong multitasking skills, efficiency in high-turnover trips, and attention to detail in both service and yacht maintenance.

Worked at a luxury 5-star resort, known for its high-end hospitality and upscale dining experiences. I was responsible for performing opening and closing procedures, delivering high-quality and efficient service, handling guest inquiries with professionalism, resolving customer complaints, presenting menus, arranging tables, and stocking serving stations.
