Managing two sailing yachts with 9 crew, three of whom were part of the interior. Managed all aspects of the department such as administration, budgeting, and inventory. Supervising interior team members' performances, and providing top wine and cocktail service, silver service, table settings, theme parties, laundry service and floral arrangements. As a result, the interior team exceeded guests' satisfaction.
Solo Stewardess/Deckhand
Charter and private yacht running with 4 crew, one of whom was part of the interior. The yacht base was Corsica. It runs between Corsica and Italy. The owner would host parties for 8 people. Silver service, fine dining, and beautiful setting tables were a must. I had provisioning in off-the-beaten-track places, helping with the docking, and night watches.
