Management of onboard Hotel operations on one vessel, and for the proper implementation of the Organization's relevant policies, regulations and procedures; preparation of operating budget proposals for all Hotel operations; recruitment, administration, transfers, and dismissals of Hotel staff; staff scheduling; organization and co-ordination the use of public areas for cruise program events, activities and other special functions; inspection of passenger and crew accommodation, dining, recreation and other Hotel operations areas, ensuring their proper upkeep, and that local and international sanitation and hygiene regulations are adhered to; planning and overseeing passenger embarkation/disembarkation and baggage handling operations; monitoring services, and ensuring their adherence to the Organization's philosophy, policies and procedures regarding service and hospitality standards; monitoring discipline and individual performance of subordinates, periodically appraising their effort and potential and, providing to them opportunities for training and development, including on-the-job training etc.

General responsibilities - credit cards registration, receiving deposits, payments. Embarkation/Disembarkation via MXP program. Guest assistance. Attend to Guests problems relating to lost baggage, safekeeping, requests for room changes etc.

General responsibilities - announcements, to fill logsheets, upload crew list and muster list. Assist guests with questions. Familiarization for crew. Reports - lost properties, weekly sheet, watchkeeper, store keeper responsibilities etc.
