Hardworking, creative and extremely organised crew chef available immediately! I am a crew chef who has just completed my level 4 culinary arts diploma at the Whitepepper Academy in May. I am ready and willing to jump straight into a fast paced galley with an extremely positive attitude and passion for creating healthy and balanced meals for crew. I work under the mindset of a well fed crew = a productive crew!! I have experience in galley maintenance and organisation as I was a sole chef on a 65m end of season, taking care of decluttering and reorganising the storage. I am extremely confident in my provisioning skills with any budget. I also have stewardess experience so I am confident that I can lend a hand where needed too. My persistent attitude and ability to work fast under pressure, combined with my bubbly personality and determined manner I often find myself striving in a fast paced people focused roles. I look forward to learning from an experienced head chef and aspire to gain experience within the industry. I am able to assist a head chef well with my pastry and bread skills. I also come armed with my sourdough starter "Fermenty Mercury" and a great taste for the galley playlist!! Preparing and planning diverse menus for up to 15 guests onboard, including breakfast spreads, family style lunches and four course dinners. Managed all aspects of galley operation, including provisioning, inventory management and maintaining impeccable hygiene standards. Sole Crew Chef
Sole charge of galley preparing healthy, balanced and varied meals for 12 crew.
