I am an avid lover of the outdoors and love travelling, backpacking, and exploring new places. I enjoy many sports and would love to try more, whether extreme or not. I regularly participate in snorkeling, swimming, spear fishing, dirt biking, and cliff jumping. I have recently gained my paddy open water diving certificate and enjoy welding and rebuilding vehicles.
Experience
Deckhand
Assisted in a transatlantic crossing as a deckhand onboard a 32-meter sailing yacht. My duties included watch rotation, polishing the stanchions and other areas above deck and some below deck, and a complete deck wash to help prepare for a charter, including basic engine maintenance.
Deckhand
A full washdown and polish of a 30-foot sailing boat. It included a full deck washdown of a fiberglass monohull using water and vinegar and deck polish, a full hull clean above the waterline including several steps from water and vinegar then hull wash and finally hull polish, I also assisted in putting the main sail back on board.
