I am a Senior Captain with over 35 years of yachting experience on vessels from 40 to 70 meters, both charter and private. I tried to retire a year ago and found that yachting is my passion and that by continuing to work on luxury yachts, it kept me both young at heart and in body. I also enjoy mentoring younger crew and showing them the business from my perspective. I have many ex-crew members that now run their own vessels, which makes me feel very proud that I was able to give them a good foothold in the business. In my spare time, away from yachting, I love the mountains and do quite a fair bit of RVing as well as hiking. I love movies, fine dining and enjoy the company of great friends.

Career Objective
I am looking to get a rotation on a vessel with a professional program or joining a vessel that is looking to make their program professional. It is my goal to make owning and managing a luxury yacht a stress-free environment. I have accomplished this many times in the past and would enjoy doing this again. I am confident that I bring great value to a vessel and that my experience in yachting will make an owner enjoy the experience of yacht ownership much more than the average captain.
