I am highly experienced on both private and charter yachts, currently looking for a Second Stewardess role that will challenge me and assist my growth. Second Stew
Worked alone temporarily in interior for two weeks crossing from Italy to Tunisia then was joined by other stews crossing from Tunisia to Dubai. Served drinks to the owners and guests for a 3-day boss trip for F1 after party event onboard and assisted with housekeeping and restocking and full clean down of pantry. Attended to any guest request that would come my way.
Temp Chief Stewardess
Hired as 2nd Stew but acted as Chief Stew my entire time onboard with setting up the vessel for owner’s trip upon arrival in dry dock conditions. Solely responsible for service (brunch and dinner) and housekeeping during a 3-day owner’s trip and 4 guests shortly after my arrival, with assistance from one other stewardess. Provisioned and managed all on-charter uniform, spa items, guest giveaways and guest toiletries in preparation for the upcoming charter season. Created detailed SOPs, checklists and inventories for all of interior from scratch, post-major refit and provided training to a team of 4 stews in laundry and housekeeping, with clear task delegation and ongoing support to ensure high standards were met.
2nd Stewardess
Stepped up to Chief Stew position for a month and on several occasions throughout the season. Leading Brunch and Dinner service daily when relieving Chief Stew as well as rotating in laundry, back of house and housekeeping roles whilst mentoring the stews to maintain high standards. Maintained alcohol inventory, ensuring all fridges and pantries were well stocked. Chauffeuring the owners to appointments and meeting any guest request that would come my way. Provisioned for crew and guests frequently. Managed Teppanyaki service when we had events onboard with high profile guests.
