I regularly work-out early in the morning to maintain my mental and physical health. During my spare time on board, I play badminton and jog outside together with my colleagues and occasionally we do trek and explore the places we travel to. I love reading books, swimming and doing watersports. I want to be active because I would feel sleepy if I don’t do anything.
