Experience
Mate / Chief Steward
Began as a Steward responsible of managing all bar and beverage service aboard Ghost I (89ft Warren Yachts) and Ghost II (121ft Majesty Yachts). Promoted within a year to Chief Steward, leading interior operations and overseeing high-end guest service across both yachts. After one of the most successful charter seasons, driven by ambition to become a Master, I transitioned to a Mate role under the direct mentorship of both captains. This hands-on experience encompassed anchoring/mooring operations, tender handling, exterior maintenance, and navigational support, while still leveraging my hospitality background to assist interior teams during peak service periods.
