Temporary Deckhand Dayworker
Repair & installation of timber deckheads, plexiglass and stanchions, working alongside experienced deckhands and bosuns. Assisted with mooring and working lines on both vessel and dock. Fixture & furniture installation and sika application. Removal of mineral deposits from vessel's hull and complete washdowns.
Yacht Detailer
Extensive gelcoat and paint correction, polishing & waxing with rotary and dual-action tools. Complete washdowns including engine room details, wet & dry stainless polishing, 2-part teak maintenance and general boat maintenance. Ceramic paint protection application and maintenance.
Temporary Deckhand Dayworker
General deckhand duties during final stages of major refits working alongside chief officers, engineers and captains. Daily washdowns, comprehensive wet & dry stainless polishing and complete teak scrubbing. Minor tender driving duties. Lighting installation, paint preparation and minor painting. Replacement and repair of various fittings and seals throughout vessel exteriors.
