I am a highly professional, safety-focused Electro-Technical Officer (ETO) with 9+ years on large CMA CGM container vessels as the sole ETO and shipboard electrician on 6,600V high-voltage systems. Safety is my top priority; I strictly follow all safety procedures and permit-to-work systems. I worked closely with the Chief Engineer and 2nd Engineer as part of the engineering team, supporting mechanical tasks, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs. As ETO, I maintained the vessel’s entire navigation system (radar, ECDIS, GPS, GMDSS, AIS, compasses, echo sounder) and the ship’s AV/IT infrastructure, on-board network, servers, workstations, and internet. I have hands-on experience maintaining HVAC systems and reefer units (AC, ventilation, refrigeration). I also have practical experience with cold ironing (shore power connection), including safety checks, synchronization, and maintenance of shore power systems.

I understand shifting from container vessels is not easy, but staying there feels like wasting time and potential. As the only ETO on board, I have senior status and good treatment, but with 9 years of experience I'm starving for new challenges. I am kind, decent looking, and a team player. I am ready to be polite, respectful, and helpful to guests, understanding that on a yacht the focus is on guest comfort.

I'm working closely with the Chief Engineer and 2nd Engineer as part of a strong technical team, handling mechanical support, preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and cold ironing operations. I maintain a very high safety standard and am used to working under pressure with professionalism, precision, and accountability.
