Throughout my time in yachting, I’ve built strong, hands on experience across all areas of the interior. I’ve taken full responsibility for housekeeping and laundry while supporting the Chief Stewardess with service, guest care, and day to day interior operations. I’ve also assisted in the galley, cooking for crew during off charter periods, and supported deck operations during manoeuvres, making me a well rounded and adaptable crew member. Working across both full time roles and temporary positions has strengthened my ability to step into new environments with confidence. I adapt quickly to different programs, standards, and team dynamics, integrating seamlessly and maintaining a high level of service from day one. I also bring extra skills to the team, including hand sewing minor repairs and making great coffees and cocktails. My iced coffees and espresso martinis quickly became guest favourites. Third Stewardess
As the Third Stewardess, I delivered high-level interior service on a private and charter motor yacht, carrying out all aspects of interior duties including housekeeping, laundry, and service to ensure 5-star guest experiences for both owners and charter guests. I assisted with beach setups, prepared and served beverages including cocktails, supported provisioning, and, when off-charter cooked breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the crew.
2nd Stewardess
My role involved daily crew and guest laundry, along with sole responsibility for housekeeping across five guest cabins while working closely with the Chief Stewardess to deliver seamless service. I independently ran breakfast service on rotation and assisted with lunch and dinner, ensuring prompt clearing of service and tidiness throughout the day. Other day to day tasks included restocking, preparing drinks and snacks, maintaining the crewmess area and galley support. I also carried out clothing repairs and alterations, supported with provisioning, and assisted on deck during manoeuvres.
