I understand the "ownership" mindset required to maintain a vessel to the highest standards. Hospitality & Service: Having managed both a guesthouse and a restaurant, I am accustomed to the 24/7 demands of high-end guest service. I am equally comfortable assisting the interior team with service or transitions as I am on deck. Event Planning: My experience coordinating weddings and events has equipped me with the organizational skills and calm-under-pressure attitude necessary for successful charter seasons and busy guest trips.
