Hello! love a busy program, and having the opportunity to go above and beyond for owners and guests. I bring positive energy and teamwork along with creativity to excel in my job. I have 3+ years yachting experience. I was previously temping on M/Y Amor-A-Vida for a busy shipyard/warranty period. I have over 14 years in the hospitality industry combined, and for 10 I worked at the JW Marriott. Previously I took over a year off of yachting and accepted position as a bar manager in Texas to gain managerial experience. As a brand new bar, I was able to set procedures, order supplies, and hire a great team.Though it is not on a yacht, it is similar and will enhance my skills in yachting. I have been temping on yachts, and taking advantage of traveling in my free time. Please see my CV for all positions. My most influential temp position being on M/Y Rising Sun. While onboard I had the opportunity to lead dinner/lunch service for the owner/friends with up to 12 guests. I was also on M/Y Invictus for over a year. I was thrown into a busy charter season and enjoyed every minute of it. I was able to move up the ranks and step up to 2nd Stewardess/Head of Service for a busy charter and high profile client. As well as act as Chief Stew on a crossing. In between yachting jobs, I bartend at home to continually enhance my skills. I enjoy a fast paced environment and thrive when it is busy. I am looking for a new challenge and opportunity to learn new skills to develop my career. I love meeting new people and being a part of a team. In my free time I stay active, and am currently studying to take the NASM personal training exam.

Relief Chief Stewardess
CurrentDetail guest area, and daily upkeep of crew areas, shop for provisions, watch-keeper. Lead guest dinner service and ensure guests are attended to when onboard, etc.
Bar Manager
CurrentOversaw new bar opening, curated menus, and special promotions. Managed team of 10+ bartenders, overseeing team scheduling, day to day operations, and performance management. Responsible for Inventory management, ordering and stocking of bar supplies, liquor, beer, and wine. Performed personal duties such as recruitment, Interviewing, hiring, disciplinary actions. Maintained strong communication, ensured staff were well trained and consistently supported.
Service Stewardess
Hired for a temporary position to assist with service for up to 12 guests on trip. Performed late stewardess duties on trip & communicated to morning stewardess all guest activities/needs. Assisted in daily interior duties and performed day and weekend watch duties on board. Managed and led dinner table service with up to 12 guests during trip. Responsible for updating wine inventories & organizing guest food/drink storage room. Assisted in training another temp stew who joined the boat 2 weeks after my arrival. Responsible for detailing Upper Deck to ensure it is ready for next guest arrival.
