Promoted from Deck/Stew on the chase boat to Chief Stewardess on the main vessel, highlighting strong performance and commitment. Delivered a high standard of guest experience, with confidence in wine service, detailed table styling and floristry, consistently creating a refined yet welcoming onboard atmosphere. Led an interior team of three (plus a Deck/Stew support) within a fleet of vessels and a 15-person crew, overseeing uniforms, provisioning and efficient department coordination. Managed two shipyard periods, coordinating contractors and interior upgrades to meet owner preferences and look after the well-being of the vessel. Maintained a seamless guest experience across dual seasons, adapting service style and interior operations to meet changing itineraries and guest expectations.

Collected a new chase boat from Finland, gaining hands-on experience in preparing a vessel for yachting. Completed 9000 nm over the year, cruising Scandinavia, the Mediterranean and the Red Sea while supporting the 47m mothership during boss trips and contributing to the interior team. Refined service, housekeeping, and laundry skills, developed a strong understanding of interior SOP’s and guest expectations, and gained valuable insight into leadership responsibilities, preparing to step confidently into the Chief Stewardess position.

Gained foundational shore-based hospitality experience, enhancing leadership, organisational, and guest-facing skills in a 10 bedroom yacht-standard villa setting. Led a team of five, taking responsibility for housekeeping, service, and problem-solving while maintaining discretion and guest satisfaction. Managed a busy season with high guest turnover, hosting parties of 200+ guests and ensuring smooth operations.
