I am familiar with how a yacht operates, and the general duties involved, from wash downs to teak maintenance to the specific products used. Onshore experience as a Landscaper with good knowledge of a vast range of power tools and different materials. Working in a variety of teams throughout my career, I understand the importance of a collaborative effort, although being competent to complete tasks individually. With years of working in the TV/ Film industry, I am familiar with tight deadlines, working unfamiliar long hours and following orders closely without hesitation.

Career Objective
I would love to build a career in the yachting industry. I eventually aim to get my yachtmaster and progress to a more senior position, learning as much as possible along the way.

I have always been a keen photographer, I enjoy working on freelance projects in my spare time, whether taking photos or filming/editing videos for companies or individual clients. Aside from the camera, I love to keep an active lifestyle and regularly go to the gym, rock climb and run. Completing the Sydney Marathon in 2023 was a great highlight for me. I enjoy being outdoors and often go camping/hiking around the UK on weekends.

Deckhand
Teak cleaning on the main deck, by hand and single disc floor cleaner using no chemicals, only water. Full wash down and detailing using Starshine and Collinite wax, and assisting in crane operations to lift a new jet ski onto the foredeck.
