After cruise line experience, for the past 15 years I am working in the yacht industry. Chief Engineer - private ISM compliant 73m, high volume 2250 GT motor yacht My Altair *ex CLIO (Lurssen 2004). Propulsion total output 4640 kW (2 x MTU 4000 16V M70). Three generating power sets MTU 2000 8V series and one set MAN. Beside regular CE duties, during winter 2020/2021 in La Ciotat MB92 shipyard I had completed seven months extensive refit who included several upgrades within engine room and superstructure extension within an open deck, and following dry docking 2021/2022 as an extra preparation for crossing to Indian Ocean. Currently vessel is in a dry dock under 20 Years special survey in the YF Shipyard, Turkey. She is remarkably busy private yacht, dual season. Vessel recently got a new management and program which doesn’t any more meet my standards therefore I am presently looking for another opportunity.

Three generating power sets, Caterpillar. Within a first year of service, I have created and implemented planned maintenance system (TEOMAKI) almost from a scratch. Winter 2015/16, I had completed eight months extensive refit and five years special survey in the Abeking & Rasmussen Shipyard, Lemwerder - Germany. She is remarkably busy private yacht with 6 months med season.
